What is Outpatient Mental Health?

Counseling can help strengthen your family, develop your relationships, and prevent small problems from growing out of control. Individual, family, and group therapists assess and treat everything from everyday stress to chronic mental health disorders.

We also offer outpatient substance use disorder services for individuals who have used drugs or alcohol or have been diagnosed as chemically dependent.

 

Specialized treatment services and groups include:

  • We accept most major insurance providers for treatment.

    We also offer scaled fees for individuals without insurance who are eligible for state mental health subsidies.

    Please note – access may be slightly delayed for Medicare and TriCare insured. We anticipate this will be temporary. Thank you for your patience.

  • Open Access times for Mental Health Assessments are:

    Monday  9:00 am to 3:00 pm
    Tuesday  9:00 am to 3:00 pm
    Wednesday 9:00 am to 3:00 pm
    Thursday 9:00 am to 3:00 pm

  • Telehealth: outpatient individual sessions, anywhere — as long as physically located in Nebraska
    Individual sessions: Lexington (with bilingual therapist who speaks Spanish), Fremont, Omaha HDQ
    Assessments: Monday through Thursday 9am to 3 pm daily through Open Access
