Medication Management

Supporting those in need through therapy and medicine management.

What is Medication Management?

Medication Management is the administration and monitoring of medication for the purpose of alleviating or stabilizing symptoms for certain conditions. Medication is not always necessary. Treatment recommendations can include either medications, counseling, or a combination of both.

This program serves adults (19 years old and older) with a diagnosed mental health condition requiring medication to reduce symptoms and increase overall functioning and well-being.

  • We are now accepting new clients in the Medication Management program. Open Access times are available on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays from 9:00 AM – 11:00 AM until we reach capacity that day.

We now offer treatment for treatment resistant depression. If you have tried two antidepressants with no success, we can help. Ask one of our providers for info.

We also offer Medication Assisted Treatment (MAT), just talk to your medication management provider about this when you are see.

  • Already a client and need a refill? Please contact us at refill.request@OneLFS.org.

  • Medication-Assisted Treatment or (MAT) is now offered at the Lincoln and Fremont Offices of LFS.
