Adoption Search is for people who desire to contact someone else in their adoption story or to gain information about their adoption.
We provide adoption search services to all members of the adoption constellation who received initial placement services from LFS, Adoption Links Worldwide, Lutheran Social Services of Kansas, or Tabitha Home in compliance with applicable state laws.
If you are considering or are involved in an adoption search, counseling services are available upon request.
If you are an adoptee seeking more information about your birth family or history, we encourage you to complete the “Request for Access to Birth Information” found here: https://dhhs.ne.gov/pages/vital-records.aspx. The response you receive from Vital Records may help expedite the search process.
