What is Medication Management?
Medication Management is the administration and monitoring of medication for the purpose of alleviating or stabilizing symptoms for certain conditions. Medication is not always necessary. Treatment recommendations can include either medications, counseling, or a combination of both.
This program serves adults (19 years old and older) with a diagnosed mental health condition requiring medication to reduce symptoms and increase overall functioning and well-being.
