Lutheran Family Services of Nebraska is deeply saddened to hear of the terrorist attacks in Sri Lanka on Easter Sunday, a sacred day for all Christians. No one should be targeted because of their faith. We offer our heartfelt condolences to all those who are suffering because this senseless attack.
Easter brings hope and, new beginnings. We cannot let events like these weaken our faith, but motivate us to promote peace and understanding around the world.
