Lutheran Family Services (LFS) provides comprehensive behavioral health services for children, adults and families experiencing mental health, behavioral, trauma-related or substance use concerns. Services include individual, family and group counseling, psychiatric and medication management, substance use treatment, crisis intervention, community-based support and integrated care, as well as specialized programs for individuals with severe and persistent mental illness.
LFS also offers advanced treatment options for depression, including Spravato® and Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS). Spravato is a supervised nasal-spray treatment for people experiencing severe or treatment-resistant depression, while TMS is a non-invasive, non-medication therapy that uses magnetic pulses to stimulate areas of the brain involved in mood regulation. Together with counseling, crisis services and other specialized supports, these treatments give individuals additional pathways toward recovery, greater stability and improved quality of life.
