- A Millard church helped collect household items and buckets to be assembled for refugee clients. The congregation filled 55 five-gallon buckets with cleaning supplies that were distributed to families beginning new lives in our community.
- Youth groups from four rural churches raised funds within their congregations and then shopped for household essentials to support residents at Dana Village. The youth personally delivered the donated items, creating a meaningful connection between their churches and the people they were serving.
- A Millard church has provided a monthly meal at Dana Village for more than a year. Through these ongoing relationships, residents and volunteers have built connections that recently led to the launch of a Bible study opportunity on campus.
- Kountze Memorial Lutheran Church has been an integral partner in helping Lutheran Family Services expand educational and prevention training for children, families, and communities across Nebraska. Their support has helped make these valuable resources accessible in areas that might otherwise lack the capacity to offer them locally.
- LFS has partnered with numerous churches across Nebraska who have opened up their space for community members to receive Telehealth services through a secure LFS provided laptop that remains at the church. LFS has also been blessed to partner with a couple of churches who have dedicated office space for our therapists to office and meet clients in-person throughout the week.

Together, we are strengthening families, welcoming new neighbors, supporting individuals on their journey to independence, and building stronger communities.
