Intensive Outpatient Program
LFS’ Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) provides structured substance use disorder treatment for adults age 19 and older who need more support than traditional outpatient counseling while continuing to live at home and maintain daily responsibilities. Participants build coping skills, strengthen recovery supports, and address the underlying factors contributing to substance use in a supportive, therapeutic environment.

Substance Use Treatment
LFS helps individuals navigate substance use recovery by connecting them with assessments, treatment, referrals, and ongoing support. Services are tailored to each person’s needs and may include outpatient treatment, intensive outpatient programs, medication-assisted treatment, and family education to support long-term recovery.
Medication Management
LFS’ Medication Management program provides psychiatric evaluation, medication prescribing, and ongoing monitoring to help youth and adults manage symptoms of diagnosed mental health conditions and improve overall well-being. Treatment recommendations may include medication, counseling, or a combination of both, depending on each person’s needs and goals. LFS is currently accepting new clients and offers ongoing support, refill management, and specialized services such as Spravato treatment for treatment-resistant depression.

Medication Assisted Treatment
Medication Assisted Treatment (MAT) combines medication, counseling, behavioral therapies, and peer support to provide a whole-person approach to substance use recovery. MAT can help reduce cravings and withdrawal symptoms while supporting individuals working toward long-term recovery from opioid, alcohol, tobacco, and other substance use disorders.
