Lutheran Family Services’ Targeted Adult Service Coordination (TASC) program helps adults who are entering Emergency Protective Custody or are at risk of needing that level of intervention due to mental health challenges. TASC provides specialized case management, service coordination, supportive counseling, crisis intervention, and 24-hour crisis response services designed to promote stability, independence, and self-sufficiency.
Through individualized support and connections to community resources, the program helps participants navigate mental health services and build the skills needed to live safely and successfully in their communities.
