Resettlement & Case Management

Lutheran Family Services (LFS) has been providing Reception and Placement services, which provide “core resettlement services” to newcomers, supporting their self-sufficiency and long-term integration.

The Preferred Communities (PC) program supports refugee and ORR-eligible populations with challenging needs that require special attention, including those with serious medical conditions, women at risk, and elderly refugees.

Extended Case Management (ECM) at Lutheran Family Services provides non-intensive case management services to eligible clients.
