Substance Use

LFS provides a continuum of substance use treatment including assessments, outpatient therapy, and intensive outpatient programming. Services also include Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT), combining approved medications with counseling to support recovery. The approach focuses on whole-person care that strengthens coping skills, support systems, and long-term stability.

Care and Service Coordination

Care & Service Coordination at LFS helps clients navigate services, access resources, and coordinate care, removing barriers to treatment and connecting individuals and families to community, financial, social, and health support.

Crisis Intervention

Crisis Intervention is offered to support individuals experiencing urgent mental health needs, helping them stabilize, stay safe, and connect quickly with appropriate care. Staff offer immediate appraisal, de-escalation, and coordination with ongoing services to ensure people receive timely support during moments of distress. These services focus on safety, rapid response and linking individuals to the resources that can help them.
